Job Description - Website Manager

In one sentence

Join our dynamic and creative team of Marketing and help us manage and enhance the corporate website of Amdocs, a global leader in software and services for the communications and media industry.

What will your job look like?

  • Develop and execute website marketing strategies to increase traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates. This includes creating and improving pages, templates, and conversion points.

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure the website reflects brand messaging and meets user experience standards.

  • Conduct regular website audits and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic search performance.

  • Monitor and maintain the quality, accessibility, and usability of web content and design, and ensure compliance with web standards and best practices.

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on website performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, social media, and product teams, to align website strategies with overall marketing goals.

  • Lead a team of web publishers/experts and oversee their daily tasks and projects, including content creation, editing, publishing, and maintenance.

  • Provide training, guidance, and feedback to your team members and help them improve their skills and performance.

All you need is...

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of website management, and web publishing, preferably in a team lead role and in a corporate environment.

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, web content management and accessibility standards, and best practices.

  • Familiarity with various CMS platforms, such as Drupal, etc., and web tools, such as Google Analytics (GA4), etc.

  • Demonstrated experience in website auditing, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools for image editing and optimization.

  • Excellent English in writing and speaking.

  • Deep understanding of the marketing and sales funnel, customer journeys, personas, & messaging.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; a passion for data and analytics.

  • Extremely well organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with a positive and proactive attitude, a willingness to learn new skills and technologies.

  • Strong ability to work within diverse teams.
