On behalf of Mercure Larnaca City Hotel, a brand new 4* boutique hotel operated by Solaar Hospitality, we seek to recruit Brunch Cooks for the highly anticipated expansion of Smoothie Factory Kitchen which will be located within the new hotel.

Smoothie Factory, originally established in Texas, is a pioneer of the American Juice bar and healthy eating scene. Since opening in Nicosia in 2020, Smoothie Factory has become a local hotspot and solidified its status as a brunch destination. Expected to open along with the new hotel very soon, we will see Smoothie Factory nestled in the chic ambiance of the Mercure City Hotel, set to become a mecca for brunch, health-conscious individuals, and smoothie enthusiasts alike.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare food as specified by the Executive Chef and the pre-set recipes.
• Maintain a clean and orderly cooking station.
• Delivers the highest possible standards of quality food, presentation and services through the effective management of equipment and provisions.
• Receive ingredients and other supplies from the main kitchen and/or pantry as required for daily operations.
• Undertake any other relevant duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Greek or English language.
• Prior experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferable.
• Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts is preferable.
• Possess team spirit and ability to work at a high paced environment.
• EU citizen with a valid residence and work permit in Cyprus is a must.
