Responsibilities

• Oversee a specific section in the kitchen, ensuring the efficient execution of all dishes.
• Maintain consistent presentation of dishes to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Mentor and coach less experienced staff, fostering their professional development.
• Contribute to menu development and refinement.
• Adhere to sanitation and food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine-dining or high-class restaurant.
• Passion for food and dedication to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow.
• Enthusiasm for developing a career in a high-quality restaurant environment.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
