Waiter

As a waiter/waitress you will coordinate the service station and communicate with front and back of
the house personnel. You will provide a dining experience which will exceed guest experience.
Always wearing a smile is the key to the great guest experience in restaurants.

Your tasks:
✓ Follow companies service etiquette.
✓ Ensure a polite and clean appearance all the time.
✓ Be aware of food and beverage service.
✓ Welcome customers, seat them and check if on the table there are enough cutlery, plates and glass for all patrons.
✓ Fulfil the drinks, collect dirty dishes and maintain tidy during the meal.
✓ Tidy up the table after the patrons left and prepare for the new meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware and glassware.
✓ Show the knowledge about menu.
✓ Ensure guest satisfaction.
✓ Handle complaints and inform about all complaints and difficult superiors.
✓ Be ready to perform in special events
What do we offer
✓ Work in the International Team
✓ Competitive salary 1,800-2,000 €/month.
✓ Full-time work (38h with option of additional hours)
✓ 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
✓ Working in a hotel chain or holiday parks in the Netherlands
✓ Provided accommodation (mostly free or up to 400€ per month)
✓ Help with BSN
✓ Work contract under the Dutch law
What do you bring?
✓ Serving guests in a prompt and courteous manner in accordance with F&B standards
✓ Previous working experience in same or similar work
✓ Team player able to work in the International Team
✓ Strong Communication skills in English
✓ You have EU documents

Bartender

As a bartender you will prepare cocktails and beverages, interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks. Always wearing a smile is the key to the great guest experience in restaurants.

Your tasks:
✓ Prepare the requested cocktails and beverages.

✓ Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
✓ Make combinations based on the assessment of the customers´ needs and preferences.
✓ Also, have knowledge of the bar’s menu and present it to customers when required.
✓ Readiness to work at special events.
✓ Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.
✓ Make sure you are providing an excellent guest experience adapted to the brand´s etiquette.
