Guest Experience Agent

Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, member of Marriott International, is looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, and ambitious professional Guest Experience Agent.

About Parklane

Parklane is the only internationally branded luxury beach resort in Cyprus, featuring 222 rooms, 34 suites and 18 villas, the award-winning Kalloni Spa and international branded restaurants such as Nammos Limassol and LPM Restaurant & Bar. The company owns the Park Tower, a completed 20-apartment luxury residential tower integrated within the resort’s premises. Parklane is part of MHV Mediterranean Hospitality Venture, a leading hospitality and real estate group with a portfolio consisting of luxury hotels & resorts and state-of-the-art developments both in Cyprus and abroad.

The Guest Experience Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, including check-in and check-out procedures, answering questions about hotel amenities and services, and handling guest complaints or concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries
• Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records
• Assisting guests with luggage and other requests
• Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and functioning properly
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
• Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and restaurants
• Upselling hotel services and amenities to guests
• Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay
• Process guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, and other requests related to placing or receiving telephone calls
• Advise guests of any messages (e.g., voicemail, mail, faxes) received for them, and send to room if required
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly. Log all guest requests or issues into computer, contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bell person, Housekeeping), and follow up with guest to ensure their request has been met to their satisfaction
• Assist guests with accessing the internet
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals
• Act as the ‘’Destination Authority’’ and be familiar with local attractions and offerings. Provide guidance and assistance to guests to explore the destination and create authentic experiences
• Protect the privacy and security of guests and associates

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent (Degree in hotel management is a plus)
• 2 years of Guest experience or similar role in hospitality industry
• Experience at Marriot will be a plus
• Proficiency in English (Greek & Russian, or other language is a plus)
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• An outgoing personality
• Team player
