If you are a pastry expertise and love French culture, we'd love to have you on board as our Pastry Chef. 

What will you be responsible for?

• Alignment of procedures to all restaurants based on company’s & brand’s standards on terms of quality, hygiene, and health and safety
• Take an active role where need arise, in delivering great pastries and company’s standards of quality & health and safety
• Manage the needs of the business whilst keeping within the times & budgets set in collaboration with Pastry Staff
• Act as supervisor and advisor of Pastry operations of the restaurant
• Develop new products and recipes and ensure effective training of execution among pastry staff
• Constantly seek to improve the standards in the Pastry and encourage the team to implement them at all times
• Encourage good communication and working between team members

What is your Profile?

• Minimum 2 years as a Pastry Chef
• High commitment to excellence
• Good knowledge of English/or Greek language
• Excellent communication and team work skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsibility and Professionalism
