Quality Control Assistant

P.J.PIZZA CYPRUS LTD is looking to hire a Quality Control Assistant for a permanent and full-time job.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance of staff members (food production, shipping and warehouse).
• Ensuring regulatory standards and health and safety guidelines are being followed.
• Recording accurate documentation. 
• Overseeing product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
• Conducting tests to verify the quality of raw materials and finished products.
• Performing tasks which may require manual labour.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food production or food service.
• Good knowledge of English language.
• Experience of HACCP, ISO 9001, health and safety and food hygiene regulations will be considered as an advantage.
• Degree in Management/Food Science or a related field will be considered as an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational and leadership skills.
