Lesante Collection is looking to recruit for season 2024 a passionate:

Restaurant Manager High-end hospitality group, Lesante Collection Luxury Resorts & Villas, is comprised of the three five-star luxury hotels on the island of Zakynthos representing a trilogy of exceptional hospitality and absolute comfort for all. The Group is both family-owned and a proud ambassador for the island’s riches, a characteristic that shines through Lesante Classic, Lesante Blu and Lesante Cape, the three Lesante Collection resorts. Each hotel is inspires by the lands of Zakynthos in its own right and invites guests to become immersed in the lush nature, inspiring traditions and authentic lifestyle of the finest Ionian Island Key responsibilities :

• Organize and lead all the restaurant operations, activities and schedule
• Respond to requests or complaints, with customer-oriented approach
• Oversee storage, check the quality of the products, order supplies
• Ensure that all the health and safety regulations are kept, as well as the hygiene and sanitation
• Training and motivate the employees, evaluate their performance
• Monitor operational costs

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• Degree in Hotel or Tourism Management
• 2 years minimum experience as a Restaurant manager within a hotel environment
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential, knowledge of other is a plus
• Long experience working at F&B department
• Knowledge of wine and spirits
• Ability to adjust to the culture and the functional profile of the hotel
• Manage and achieve financial targets
• Communication and leadership skills, teamwork, pleasant personality
