Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests in a professional and attentive manner.
• Serve guests according to brand standards, ensuring a high level of service and guest satisfaction.
• Utilize cross-selling and up-selling techniques to enhance the dining experience and increase revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including setting and clearing tables as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest issues or concerns.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field.
• Previous experience working in a 4-5-star property or fine dining restaurant.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
