Food and Beverage Manager

Louis Hotels, a chain of 26 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional to join our team at Louis Paphos Breeze as the Food and Beverage Manager and uphold our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines at the highest standards.
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
• Supervise the F&B teams daily.
• Comply with all health & safety regulations.
• Implementing  hygiene and safety standards .
• Report directly to the General Managers of the Company’s Hotels in the designated area

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven Food and Beverage experience on a managerial level. Related working experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel will be considered an advantage.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
• Communication and leadership skills.
• Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices.
• Guest- oriented and service-minded.
• Very Good knowledge of English and Greek Language.
