Job Description - Front Office Manager

is looking to recruit a Front Office Manager
in Mykonos for season 2024 .

Responsibilities :
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the front office team, ensuring smooth operations and a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Guest Services: Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a warm welcome and a fond farewell.
  • Reservations Management: Manage room reservations, ensuring accuracy, availability, and optimal room allocation.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns, ensuring exceptional problem-solving and a positive guest experience.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control the department budget, revenue, and expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop the front office staff to maintain a highly skilled and motivated team.
  • Quality Control: Maintain and enforce high standards for guest services, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
  • Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to meet business demands and ensure an efficient front office operation.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Front Office department in a 5 star Hotel on the same or similar role
  • Degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Economics will be considered as an asset
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English language (oral and written). Additional languages will be considered as an asset.
  • Experienced in computer (proficiency knowledgeable of Microsoft Office)
  • Knowledge of Hotel Computer Systems and previous experience with PMS systems
    *K nowledge of Pylon hospitality by EpsilonNet will be consider ed an asset
  • Ability to Multitask & work under pressure
  • Communication & Presentation skills
  • Meticulous in maintaining high standards for guest services, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities to identify and address operational challenges.
  • A genuine passion for delivering a world-class guest experience.
  • Team Player
