M Boutique hotel is seeking to recruit a Head of Maintenance

What we expect from you:

• Perform a variety of maintenance and repair functions, including but not limited to building, plumbing, electrical and painting if necessary
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair equipment or facility parts, test and make adjustments
• Regular quality check equipment to ensure that everything is in working order
• Search, select and contact specialists when needed
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency and notify appropriate personnel
• Comply with safety regulations and report any issues related to health and safety to the management
• Perform outside work activities in order to purchase materials, tools or equipment related to the duties

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience will be considered as advantage
• Knowledge of English will be considered as advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation.
