If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Regional Revenue & Yield Manager in one of the biggest Hotel chains in Kos! For the role of the Regional Revenue & Yield Manager, candidates will:

• Create and execute revenue optimization strategies to maximize profitability across all revenue streams.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to identify revenue enhancement opportunities.
• Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop pricing models, promotions, and packages aligned with business goals.
• Conduct routine pricing reviews and adjustments based on market dynamics, demand patterns, and competitive landscape.
• Utilize revenue management tools, and systems for demand forecasting, pricing strategy setting, and inventory management.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidates must have:

• Demonstrated experience in revenue management, yield optimization, or pricing strategy, preferably in multi-property hospitality management.
• High familiarity with revenue management software and Property Management Systems (Protel, Opera, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in hotel search engines extranets (Booking, Expedia, etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a history of cross-functional teamwork to achieve business objectives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
