Resident Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Report to the company's director
• Manage the project and ensure Residents’ comfort
• Ensure the smooth operation of the building and handle all issues related to the project
• Oversee the daily operations of the project and maintain the policies and rules of the management company
• Meet maintenance and cleanliness standards
• Budget management and supervision of financial turnover

Key competencies:

• Excellent public relations skills
• Computer and hi-tech skills
• Detail-oriented and good organizational skills
• Excellent Greek and English languages

Qualifications and Experience:

• College or university education in Hotel Management or similar
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Experience in promoting hotel like services
