About the role: Storage assistant helps to manage the flow of products and stock through the warehouse. Also, he is responsible for receiving and sending goods to and from the warehouse. Requirements Key accountabilities: 

• Daily coordination and monitoring of the effectiveness of the Department
• Registration of orders into the supply management system and coordination of all hotel supplies
• Registration of invoices into the ERP system
• Receipt and monitor of the quantity and the quality of the hotel supplies that have been ordered according to the needs of the hotels
• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that items are available when needed
• Conducting monthly physical inventory counts

Skills & expertise:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• PC literacy
• Knowledge of the English language
• Strong team player & result-oriented
• Attention to detail and a structured way of working
