Job Description

From Accor, we are looking for a Training Specialist as a Freelancer to collaborate with the Accor Learning & Development team to help us provide training to our hotels in Greece.

What will the main responsibilities be? 

• At Accor, we are looking for a "training specialist" as freelancer who would like to collaborate with the Learning & Development team to help us provide training to our hotels in Greece.
• If you are passionate about developing people and enjoy having an impact on people through training, we want you to be part of the team!
• We are looking for the missing piece in our team for Greece, a trainer who has already had experience working in public relations or training people who deal with customers.
• Your role will be to train teams in hotels in soft skills such as emotional intelligence, stress management, commercial mindset, etc... We have the content, we just need your personal style and methodology to make an impact and make our employees do it your work better.
• Inform staff members and GM about resources/course that are available and encourage them to take advantage of learning opportunities
• The type of connection we are looking for is an entrepreneur who can combine this project with others.
• The ideal candidate must be based in Greece.

Qualifications

• 3/4 years of experience as a training specialist
• Fluent in English and Greek. Italian and French will be appreciated, but not mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
