About the role: The Waiter/tress A’B ensures that all guests are served according to Empiria Group Standards in the Restaurant / Bar / Lounge areas. The highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times within all food and beverage areas. Requirements Key accountabilities:

• Demonstrating a pleasant and positive professional image at all times to both guests and the rest of the team
• Greeting guests and presenting them with the menu
• Maintaining a clean and neat workplace
• Ensuring that all guest needs are met, asking for feedback, aiming to the highest guest satisfaction
• Showing excellent knowledge and understanding of all restaurant menus, promotions, and special offers
• Upselling food, beverages, and drinks

Skills & expertise:

• Working experience in a similar role in the 5-star hotels or high-volume venues
• Degree / Diploma in tourism or in a relevant field
• Excellent knowledge of English language, written and spoken in a professional manner
• A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) will be considered as a plus
• Computer literacy
