Storage & Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Storage and Logistics Coordinator.

The Storage and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of storage, coordinating logistics operations, managing import and export procedures, and ensuring timely invoicing for both customers and suppliers. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Storage Management:
  • Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, storing, and organizing products/materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using appropriate software/systems.
  • Ensure the safety and security of stored items, adhering to all relevant safety regulations and protocols.
• Logistics Coordination:
  • Coordinate the transportation of goods to and from various locations, both domestically and internationally.
  • Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and other third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
  • Monitor shipment statuses and address any issues or delays that may arise during transit.
• Import and Export Procedures:
  • Manage all documentation and paperwork required for import and export activities, including customs declarations, permits, and licenses.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant import/export regulations and trade laws.
• Invoicing and Billing:
  • Generate invoices for customers and suppliers in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all billing information is correct.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Driving License
