Technical & Safety Production Manager

On behalf of our client, a leading manufacturing company in the food and beverage industry, we are seeking a seeking a Technical & Safety Production Manager . The ideal candidate, will oversee all aspects of production operations, with a focus on technical expertise and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Motivating and supporting guidance to a team of production technicians, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards.
• Develop and implement production processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality control, and maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and minimal downtime.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and develop safety training programs for production staff.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Master's degree in business management will be considered an asset.
• Minimum 3 years years of relevant experience in an organized F&B plant with advanced relevant processes and practices.
• Deep understanding in the production equipment of food or beverages, and safety and security methods and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and computer systems.
