Account Manager

Impact Digital is a digital marketing agency located in Larnaca . We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, and driving business growth

Job Description: 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Manage day to day communications with the client to be updated with the account’s needs.
• Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to provide strategic guidance and solutions.
• Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with clients to define campaign goals, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with clients' objectives and budget.
• Work closely with internal teams such as creative and analytics to develop and execute campaign plans effective.
• Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and meet quality standards.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience of at least 4 years in digital marketing account management, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
