BU Controller, Professional Products Division

The Position…

As a BU Controller, you will manage Business Unit full P&L, being responsible for end-to-end financial planning cycles, ensuring integrity of financial data and group internal control norms. You will act as business partner with ability to influence business decision-making processes with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.

You will…

• Manage Business Unit finance performance with great focus on ensuring high-quality financial reporting following internal control norms while providing insights and recommendations to the business. 
• Co-build the long-term goals of the business unit and the company by identifying opportunities for growth, financials improvement and productivity gains.
• Lead, develop and inspire the finance population of the local subsidiary by fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team and embracing proactively the value creation transformation journey.
• Act as business partner with ability to influence to safeguard the financial sustainability of the company. Effectively decode complex financial data and provide actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.

You have… 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance is a prerequisite. MBA/ACCA or equivalent would be a plus. 
• Controlling background/ experience 8 years+
• Great flexibility to navigate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders with ability to negotiate effectively to achieve favorable outcomes for the business unit.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines and you are efficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Experience with data analysis tools.
• Fluency in professional in English
