About the role

You will lead a team with the vision to create and scale our disruptive content platform. This role requires a blend of strategic and business acumen, along with operational expertise. You will be instrumental in scaling the platform and supporting our go-to-market strategy.

This position reports directly to the Directors of the team.

What will you do

  • Own the end-to-end process of content production, including quality assurance
  • Lead team members and foster the team's growth by offering feedback and supporting skills enhancement and talent development
  • Take charge of identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, executing analysis, and presenting insights about high-growth companies
  • Produce key insights focusing on market trends, company financials, competitive landscape, and potential due diligence risks
  • Participate in preparation for product demonstrations and business development activities, including meeting clients 
  • Lead client feedback sessions 
  • Contribute to the automation and scaling of the process

Requirements

  • +4-7 years of consulting experience, or equivalent
  • Be passionate about building a new product and excited by the unknown
  • Be able to confidently and professionally interact with Senior industry executives
  • Possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and great attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills with proven experience in communicating effectively
  • Demonstrate strong team participation skills in teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
  • Be a results-driven team contributor with effective time management abilities, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude
