Chinese - Speaking Marketing Executive - Cyprus, Greece or Remote

The Role:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead our digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, engaging our target audience, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness as per the Group’s strategy.
• Analyse performance marketing reports to optimize strategies and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Research suitable media buying options for launch to identify beneficial media buys or websites for the target audience.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
• Provide support in preparing and distributing online newsletters and promotional emails through various channels.
• Optimise social media platforms for search engines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and curate high-quality content for various digital platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge.

Main Requirements:

• University Degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Chinese – speaking markets.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of Jira, Sprinklr and WordPress tools.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (oral and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
