KORRES  is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Digital eCommerce Specialist to join our Digital Team . You will be working in a challenging international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals.

Main Responsibilities

· Responsible for content sourcing from internal stake holders and uploading full product catalogue, descriptions, pricing on specified eCommerce platform

· Oversee Order fulfilment: ensuring orders are processed, shipped and delivered on time.

· Handle Customer Service inquiries regarding online orders

· Coordinate stock replenishment via close collaboration with Supply Chain team

· Monitor website performance KPIs

· Propose optimisations to increase Conversion rates

· Test and debug website regularly -Work Closely with IT to ensure smooth operations and zero customer tickets.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, Marketing or related field

· Relevant Experience up to 3 years

· Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and content management Systems

· IT literate and an aptitude to become quickly familiar with new systems

· Analytical, reporting and presentation skills

· Highly organized, detail oriented

· Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills (Greek and English)

· Passion for beauty and cosmetics industry is desirable
