Web Theoria is looking to recruit a Digital Marketing & Client Relations Coordinator in Larnaca.

Responsibilities:
- Client and Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients. Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
- Digital Marketing Campaign Coordination: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with clients, aligning with their brand strategy and messaging.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate the social media and marketing teams, and oversee the training and onboarding of new team members.
- Content Review and Oversight: Oversee and quality-check content prepared by Designers, Social Media Officers & Content Creators before publishing across various digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Team Training: Oversee the training and onboarding of new team members.
- Meeting and Event Participation: Actively participate in marketing, organizing meetings, and conferences.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
- Performance Measurement: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and problem-solving.
- Campaign Design and Implementation: Plan and implement successful marketing campaigns.
- Client Needs Analysis and Product Recommendation: Proactively identify emerging client needs and recommend new products & services that align with their objectives, thereby enhancing client satisfaction and fostering long-term business relationships.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Educational Background: BSc degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Greek (spoken & written).
- Soft Skills: High creativity, initiative, patience, attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, polite, excellent communication abilities.
- Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Technical Skills: Computer literate (including MS Office), proficiency in social media platforms
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills, ability to work under tight schedules, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Time Tracking, Project Management, CMS Operator, Social Media Ads Manager
