About the company :

TSAKIRIS MALLAS is one of the largest companies in the Footwear & Leather Goods industry in Greece, which offers career opportunities in a dynamic environment with many advantages. Based on our continuous growth we’re seeking a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Ecommerce team.

As a member of our team, this person will be reporting to the E-commerce Manager, supporting our e-shop and our digital marketing activities with a primary focus on digital platforms.

This is a full-time and permanent position based in Athens, providing excellent prospects for personal growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities :

Performance Campaign Oversight: Lead and manage online advertising and performance campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with our brand’s objectives and KPIs. Collaborate with external agencies to refine and optimize campaign strategies for maximum impact.

E-Commerce Collaboration: Work closely with the e-commerce team to devise digital marketing strategies that support and exceed sales targets. Offer insights and guidance to integrate marketing efforts seamlessly with sales initiatives.

Social Media Strategy: Take charge of our social media presence, guiding both external agencies and internal teams in the creation of compelling content that resonates with our audience and amplifies engagement.

Email Marketing Excellence: Drive the email marketing strategy from conceptualization to execution, focusing on crafting engaging content that boosts customer engagement and retention.

Reporting and Insights: Conduct detailed analysis and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and continuously refining strategies for improved outcomes.

Commercial Department Collaboration: Work in tandem with the commercial department to ensure marketing strategies are fully integrated with product launches, promotions, and inventory management. This collaboration is vital for aligning marketing efforts with the commercial goals of the company.

Market Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Proactively suggest and implement innovative approaches to keep the brand at the forefront of the digital landscape.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in e-commerce.

Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including PPC, email marketing, and social media.

Experience in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a talent for working effectively across teams and with external partners.

Creativity and analytical prowess, with a knack for problem-solving and innovation.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with meticulous attention to detail.
