Role

This role reports to the group’s Marketing Director and is instrumental in growing all of Alter Ego Media assets in terms of brand value, engagement and viewership metrics through digital and mobile channels.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive digital media campaigns (branding, acquisition and performance).
• Develop innovative omnichannel strategies that align with company objectives and target audience preferences.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business goals and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing digital media campaigns.
• Proven track record of developing successful digital marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive decision-making.
