Employer Branding Manager

As the Employer Brand & Event Manager , you will be responsible for developing and executing memorable events that will promote our company culture and values. You will play a key role in attracting top talents, strengthening employees engagement, and elevating our brand presence in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including employee engagement activities, community outreach programs, and industry conferences.
• Oversee merchandise, including tenders with suppliers and collaboration with the internal design team.
• Manage all aspects of event planning (external, CSR, sports projects, and internal events for employees) and execution, including budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and post-event evaluation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their event needs and deliver on their objectives.
• Design and implement employee recognition programs and initiatives that align with the company’s values and goals.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in employer branding and event management to continuously improve our initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in employer branding, event management, or related roles.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless event execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinking and a passion for creating impactful experiences for employees and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in utilizing social media and other digital platforms for employer branding purposes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Miro, Trello, Jira, and Figma is a plus.
