At the moment, we are searching for a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for planning and executing exceptional events that align with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop unique and engaging event ideas aligning with organizational goals.
• Control and maintain event budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
• Curate appropriate merchandise and gifts tailored to specific events and partner preferences.
• Organize additional activities to engage partners beyond standard interactions, fostering strong relationships.
• Manage partner events such as dinners, outings, workshops, and networking events.
• Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including invitations, scheduling, transportation, and on-site coordination.
• Coordinate relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and vendors for timely and quality service delivery.
• Plan and manage exhibition projects, coordinating graphic materials and visualizations with design teams.
• Organize entertainment activities and parties during events to enhance attendee experience.
• Serve as the primary contact for event attendees, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in event planning and management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Quick identification of issues and development of effective solutions under pressure.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills for handling multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Innovative thinking in developing unique event concepts.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure flawless event execution.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage complex schedules and logistics.
• Strong networking skills for building and maintaining relationships.
• Ability to anticipate the needs of partners and attendees, ensuring high satisfaction.
