As a Graphic Designer, you are going to be responsible for creating relevant visual content and designing visual elements for social media, websites, blogs, events, etc. You will work closely with our fintech client’s digital marketing managers and specialists to ensure that the content is engaging, aligned with current marketing campaigns, the social calendar, and consistent across all media platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design
- Developing and managing a consistent visual brand image and message throughout all platforms.
- Creating and designing various materials for print and digital collateral using graphic design software.
- Designing and developing images to coincide with social and blog posts.
- Designing visual brand assets and graphics for website elements, email marketing campaigns, social media posts, and other platforms as needed.
- Visually communicating the company brand, including strategic vision, brand awareness, and product promotions.
- Content Creation
- Developing brand-focused engaging, creative, and innovative content for targeted audiences.
- Ensuring that the content remains visually consistent across all platforms.
- Working closely with the rest of the marketing team to devise a content strategy that aligns with company goals.
- Updating visual content as needed.
- Professional Development
- Consistently staying up to date on industry-specific landscapes and trends.
- Improving and developing graphic design and content creation knowledge on a regular basis.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer/Content Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Well-versed in graphic design and graphic design tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of relevant design tools.
- Multitasking.
- Ability to deliver creative content.
