Head of Affiliates

We're seeking a dynamic CEO to lead our Affiliate Department in our Limassol office.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the overall vision and strategy for affiliate growth.

• Secure strategic partnerships with high-performing affiliates and agencies.

• Cultivate and optimize relationships with existing affiliates.

• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to maximize ROI.

• Build and manage a high-performing affiliate team.

• Oversee budget management and resource allocation.

• Ensure seamless communication and reporting with affiliates.

• Oversee technical integration of brand and network partnerships.

• Represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years leading affiliate marketing in Forex/Trading/Finance.

• Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies.

• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets/P&L.

• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing technologies.

• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
