Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a Human Resources Officer to join our top qualified and knowledgeable Human Resources team in our Athens Office.

Role Summary:
In this role, you will actively support the HR Operations day-to day activities and assist in a wide range of tasks. 

What you will need to do:

• Coordinate the hiring process. Communicate with new hires and internal departments for the smooth employee engagement and compliance with statutory regulations
• Prepare and monitor contract agreements
• Ensure Company’s insurance policy is effectively applied 
• Facilitate new employee onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records
• Process employee data and provide various HR documents as needed
• Update Company’s HRIS with new hire information and keep employee profile updated
• Act as the first point of contact for employees for HR related queries
• Ensure compliance with Local Labor Law
• Ensure all HR operations run smoothly, and Company’s IMS internal policies are followed

What you will need to have:

 

• BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• At least two (2) years of working experience in a similar position
• Good verbal and written communication skills 
• Excellent organizational skills
• Computer literacy with Microsoft office
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
• Fluency in English

What is nice to have:

• Understanding of the various HR Functions 
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation
• Experience using spreadsheets
