Job Description

As an IT Copilot Specialist , you will play a vital role in incorporating AI (Artificial Intelligence) capabilities into the organization’s daily life. You will be responsible for identifying use cases, optimizing processes, and providing advanced AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Possess a strong understanding of Copilot and related technologies, including AI/ML applications.
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization to understand their needs and challenges and align Copilot's capabilities with their requirements.
• Integrate Copilot AI technology into our existing IT infrastructure to improve efficiency and productivity. Monitor AI systems, ensuring they are secure, up-to-date, and functioning optimally.
• Develop a comprehensive rollout strategy for implementing Copilot within the company, considering factors such as training needs, infrastructure requirements, and integration with existing systems.
• Conduct training sessions for employees to familiarize them with Copilot's features and functionalities. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure smooth adoption.
• Establish channels for collecting feedback from users and stakeholders and incorporate this feedback into refining and optimizing the Copilot implementation.
• Create documentation outlining best practices, usage guidelines, and troubleshooting procedures for Copilot. Generate regular reports to track adoption rates, usage patterns, and overall impact on productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, AI, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in project management methodologies, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex initiatives within a corporate setting.
• Proven record of accomplishment of working collaboratively across multiple teams and departments to drive consensus and achieve common goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
• Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies and business needs, with a proactive mindset towards continuous learning and improvement.
