Marketing Generalist

Our team consists of seasoned Finance and Real Estate professionals dedicated in identifying opportunities aligned with the Company’s mission in the local market and beyond. We are currently looking to hire an experienced individual to assume the role of Marketing Generalist.

Job Description:

• Responsible for offline and online marketing strategies
• Oversee the promotion and progress of property advertisement campaigns and sales activities to ensure high exposure in social media and online platforms
• Coordinate and implement marketing strategies to target the right audience and maximise the property clientele
• Cooperate with existing agencies and give instructions for social media promotions and offline advertisements, including events and Expos
• Join Real Estate expos to promote the Company’s up- coming or running commercial and residential projects
• Implement competitive market research to expand the property clientele in Cyprus and abroad and find innovative ways to approach investors who have interest in the real estate market in Cyprus
• Stay up-to-date with social media and marketing trends and best practices

Person Specification:

• At least 2 years’ previous relevant experience 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Knowledge of the property and real estate market is a must
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing and advertising
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Creative with innovative ideas
• Eager to travel if needed
