From his position of responsibility, the National Sales Manager will have the opportunity to lead the sales team of a dynamically developing motorcycle brand of high prestige and international recognition.
Competitive remuneration package.
Areas of responsibility:
• Forming and executing an effective sales strategy
• Leading, coaching and training the sales teams to achieve their goals
• Implementing Triumph HQ directives in the markets of responsibility
• Market and competition monitoring, adjusting strategy as necessary
• Effective reporting to the management, analysis of needs for corrective actions
• Monitoring and implementation of KPIs
• Liaison between the sales teams and Triumph HQ
• The ultimate goal is to increase the brand's presence and market share in the Greek market.
Required:
• University degree in Management, Economics, or Engineering. Master's degree will be a plus
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Excellent knowledge of PC office applications
• Multi-year experience in the position of sales director in the Automotive industry
• Proven track record of sales success and target achievements
• Strategic thinking, vision, and motivation to succeed
• Team spirit and ability to manage teams
• Motorcyclist for at least 10 years
