Job Description - Operations Planning Manager

About the position:

This position is responsible for the operational part (organization and support) of orders and deliveries of audio/video equipment and accessories, balancing of stocks, building and maintaining reports, compensation (vendor and partner), harmonization of accounting systems and CRM, pricing. Geography of markets with which this position interacts: CEE, CIS, Middle East, Africa.

Key Functions:

  • Manage PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) for specified markets.
  • Oversee ordering, supply, replenishment, and planning processes.
  • Conduct weekly PSI analysis.
  • Supervise promotional activities (reporting, compensations).
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Perform other analytical and operational tasks related to supply chain and sales.
  • Administer ROS accounts and CRM systems.
  • Handle pricing tasks (registration, value chain updates, SEP).
  • Classify products using IT4 and maintain CRM data (articles, descriptions, product types, LOB, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or related fields (preferred).
  • 3 years of operations specialist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and improving operational processes.
  • Excellent English and Russian/Ukrainian.
  • Understanding of supply chain dynamics and experience working with supply chain data (WoS, lead time, inventory, etc.).
  • Excel proficiency.
  • Detail-oriented.
