Job Title – Payments Specialist   

You will be responsible for: 

• Locating and managing relationships with relevant payment service providers.
• Make sure our gateway is operating properly, while providing our merchants with relevant training and support.
• Gathering, reviewing, and evaluating essential API documentation collected from PSPs to ensure data completeness and accuracy that will translate to a seamless integration.
• Overseeing and managing integration processes (as well as QA) for PSPs and merchants. emphasising the accuracy of data submitted while communicating with the relevant onboarding departments of the solution.
• Offering guidance and assistance to merchants to help them fulfil all necessary prerequisites for them to be able to process payments properly.
• Cultivating positive and enduring relationships with clients/merchants, leaving a favourable impression of the organisation.

The ideal candidate should possess: 

• Demonstrated expertise with a Payment Service Provider (PSP) or payment orchestration platform, and/or technical knowledge of financial services.
• Proficiency in comprehending technical documentation and adeptness in liaising with various stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Robust attention to detail and organisational prowess.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple onboarding processes concurrently.
• Familiarity with banking systems, financial technology, and risk management tools is a plus.
