On behalf of our client, an international, dynamic and vibrant group that employs over 1,000 people around the world, we are seeking to recruit a Project Manager for their large multiple residential complexes located in Larnaca.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Understanding what the client or company wants to achieve
• Ensures the project’s smooth operations at all times
• Agreeing timescales, costs and resources needed to deliver a project
• Responsible for the overall planning and organization of the assigned project
• Negotiating with contractors and suppliers
• Overseeing several projects at the same time
• Ensuring that each stage of the project happens on time, on budget and to a high standard
• Reporting regularly on progress to the stakeholders
• Resolving any issues or delays
• Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems
• Receives and reviews all payment certificates and submits final payments
• Working in an office or on a construction site

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in the building construction field
• At least 10 years of experience as Project Manager
• At least 10 year of experience in Cyprus builiding construction field
• Passionate and energetic personality
• Planning and organization skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Budgeting and monitoring skills
• Analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Computer literacy
• Excellent command of English language, both verbal and written
