Reconciliation Officer

We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed  Reconciliation Officer  to join our dynamic team at HF Markets.

Your role at HF Markets:

• Analyse, question, and find the source of any numerical differences and doubtful numbers found during the matching of transactions.
• Keep a record of flagged transactions and their outcomes.
• Liaise with all involved teams to improve the accuracy of the automated reports which are being used for the audit.
• Import and manage data in Excel to perform manual reconciliations for non-automated data.
• Ensure the Audit is performed in line with company procedures on transactions and adjusted where necessary.
• Report all discrepancies identified to the Head of the Department and communicate the discrepancies to Back Office team.
• Multitask throughout the day and prioritises workflow when necessary.
• Assist with the continual development of the matching tool (TMS).

What You Bring:

• BSc/BA in Finance or relevant field.
• 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• I.T. Proficient.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Internal system knowledge regarding execution of deposits and withdrawals transactions is highly desirable.
