Job Description - Regulatory Head

  • Lead regulatory strategy for portfolio to underpin the pharmaceutical business to support competitive license approvals, market access, product launch and supply continuity.
  • Lead regulatory affairs activities for product portfolio to enable the delivery of business priorities and maintain highest standards of regulatory compliance and quality
  • Build, maintain and lead an efficient and well-motivated team ensuring appropriate prioritization and flexible resourcing including driving and measuring performance, development and coaching of staff.
  • Ensure compliant management of marketing authorizations
  • Ensure regulatory documentation are maintained according to internal procedure.
  • Ensure local responsibilities relating to regulatory conformance are adhered to. Regulatory Lead at audits and inspections
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders within the Regulatory Agency and support National Trade Association to improve the healthcare system and public opinion on healthcare and the political attitude to the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Comply with local legislation and corporate compliance standards
  • Guide local stakeholders on regulatory matters and ensure compliance
  • Actively participate in important local meetings providing regulatory input and insight.

Basic Qualifications:

  • University Degree in a scientific field, eg. Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, etc.
  • 10 years of experience in regulatory field
  • At least 5 years of experience in people management
  • Fluency in both Greek and English languages

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great negotiation skills
