Chinese – Speaking Influencer Marketing Executive (Cyprus, Greece / Remote)

The Role:

As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow and engage our online community and manage influencer partnerships. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for social media, community building, and influencer marketing.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive community and influencer marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and engagement.
• Engage with our online community across various platforms to foster positive relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
• Monitor and analyse community and influencer campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify and build strong relationships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and social media personalities.
• Develop and curate educational resources, including articles, guides, etc., to enhance the community's knowledge and engagement.
• Ensure all community and influencer content adheres to brand guidelines and complies with advertising standards and regulations.
• Attend various events for networking and business development opportunities.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies, competitor activities, and emerging influencers.

Main requirements:

• University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in community management and influencer marketing.
• Experience within the online trading or gaming industries will be considered an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Chinese – speaking markets.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, community engagement techniques, and influencer marketing trends.
• Experience with influencer marketing platforms such as Captiv8, Upfluence or similar.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative community and campaign ideas.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (oral and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
