Chinese - Speaking Social Media Executive (Cyprus, Greece / Remote)

The Role:

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy. This includes creating high-quality content, driving engagement, and growing our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current social media trends and strategies, along with a passion for building a brand's online community.

The main responsibilities of the role:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase web traffic and brand awareness.
• Create engaging content across multiple platforms to promote brand-focused and conversion messages.
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor social media insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our social media efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the translation department and creative teams to develop an exceptional social media calendar plan.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Main requirements:

• University Degree in Marketing, Digital Communication, Journalism, Media, or a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of Chinese – speaking markets.
• Experience with social media platforms and tool such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Sprinklr and Line.
• Passion and enthusiasm for driving impactful online engagement.
• Ability to collaborate and excel in a team.
• High attention to detail.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (oral and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
