We are seeking a dynamic and innovative CRM Executive (Fluent in French and English) to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our customer-centric marketing initiatives.

On-site or hybrid position - localization Cyprus

Role Summury

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple communication channels (email, SMS, on-site messaging), driving impactful customer engagement and retention.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement the promotional calendar, ensuring coordination and alignment with business objectives.
• Create compelling and personalized content for various communication channels, leveraging your creativity and strategic mindset to resonate with diverse audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and leverage actionable insights to maximize effectiveness.
• Implement testing methodologies to refine and enhance marketing actions, driving innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Develop and implement automated lifecycle communication funnels, enhancing customer journeys.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.

Profile requirements

• Fluent in both French ( native ) and English.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing/CRM roles.
• Proficiency in CRM techniques, including segmentation, campaign planning, and performance analysis, with a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making.
• Basic knowledge of HTML for email and web content.
• Familiarity with Fast Track CRM tool is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
