Job Description - Digital Marketing and Traffic Manager

About us

Our team of professionals in licensing and animation works every day to create unique and entertaining experiences to expose original animated brands across the world. Thanks to its strong media presence, record-breaking YouTube perpormance, and a focused Socila Media effort, our company has brought its flagship series Masha and the Bear to over 150 countries, and made the cartoon the most popular among preschoolers worldwire.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Traffic Manager to help us promote our websites, and make them more visible to our target audience. Our ideal candidate has a talent in attracting visitors, generating high-converting traffic, and has a demonstrable track record of success in website/account pages promotion.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute detailed strategies of Digital Marketing,
  • Create and manage digital advertising campaings to attract quality traffic to our websites,
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators of the advertising campaigns,
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rate,
  • Implement and analyse SEO strategies to increase organic traffic,
  • Follow a data-driven approach in decision making and optimising marketing efforts,
  • Create website analytics and metrics reports, manage them,
  • Work together with the team to reach integrated marketing results.

What we expect:

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and traffic management,
  • Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC principles, and other Internet advertising approaches,
  • Experience with web analytics services (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Knowledge of CRM/CMS systems, digital advertising management systems, and experience with them,
  • Skills of creating and optimising high-converting landing pages,
  • Practical experience with A/B tests and various analytical instruments,
  • Advanced user of Excel, Google Sheets, and other instruments of data processing,
  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to work with big data,
  • Knowledge of contemporary trends and best practices of digital marketing,
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new instruments and technologies,
  • Fluent English.

Also desirable:

  • Knowledge of Matomo and experience with it,
  • Certificates and diplomas in Digital Marketing,
  • Experience with content management and SMM,
  • Knowledge of Programmatic Buying and Retargeting principles.
