Job Summary: The Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing our social media accounts, creating and optimizing blog pages for SEO, designing compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, and developing engaging content for both social media and blog pages. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, exceptional creative skills, and the ability to analyze and respond to social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Account Management:

  • Manage and oversee all social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Track and report on social media performance metrics.

• Growing Social Media Accounts:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, likes, and engagement on all social media platforms.
  • Utilize social media tools and analytics to identify trends and insights for growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with influencers and other brands to expand our reach.

• Creating Blog Pages for SEO:

  • Research and identify relevant topics for blog posts that align with our SEO strategy.
  • Write, edit, and publish high-quality blog content that attracts organic traffic.
  • Optimize blog posts with appropriate keywords, meta descriptions, and internal linking.

• Designing Visuals for Marketing Campaigns:

  • Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media and other marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaign concepts.
  • Ensure all visuals adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for different platforms.

• Creating Content for Social Media and Blog Pages:

  • Develop a content calendar and produce engaging, high-quality content for social media and blog posts.
  • Use storytelling techniques to create compelling and shareable content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into content creation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience creating SEO-optimized content.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data.
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in video editing and animation.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Knowledge of email marketing and other digital marketing channels.
