Sales & Marketing Executive

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and expanding provider of Audit, Accounting and Tax related services to a diverse portfolio of both local and international clients, we are seeking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Executive to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies aimed at promoting the Company’s professional services. An academic background relating to Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable, and you will need to possess proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably gained working in the Professional Services sector. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, and any other languages, including Greek will be considered an advantage. A highly attractive remuneration and benefits package is available to the successful applicant, based on skills and experience. Frequent international travel is required for this position. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the Company’s professional services.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, both in Cyprus and abroad.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns that drive engagement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing relevant information about services offered by the Company and relevant pricing models.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Attend industry relevant seminars and events in both Cyprus and abroad for Business Development purposes.
• Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably gained working in the Professional Services sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Willing and able to travel internationally for work purposes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English , a ny other languages, including Greek is highly advantageous.
