Senior CRM & VIP Manager

• Develop CRM strategies to boost and optimise player engagement, retention, and lifetime value
• Lead targeted marketing campaigns, and loyalty programs to drive player activity
• Utilise data-driven insights to personalise communication, and enhance the player experience
• Improve and manage the VIP program, including personalised treatment and retention efforts
• Work with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to match CRM plans with business goals
• Monitor and analyse CRM and VIP performance, providing reports and insights to management
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in CRM and VIP management, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or similar field with a preference for a Master’s degree
• Proven success in CRM/VIP management in the iGaming industry, with EU and Curacao licenses
• Strong skills in data analysis and making data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proactive, results-focused, and able to handle multiple tasks at once
• Experience with CRM platforms, marketing tools, and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of responsible gaming principles and a commitment to a safe gaming environment
