We are seeking a skilled and determined Sr. Project Manager (Civil or Mechanical Engineer) to join our team! 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets 
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans and designs
• Develop studies in your domain of expertise
• Manage project finances, including monitoring expenses and negotiating contracts
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing concerns and managing expectations
• Prepare technical and financial proposals
• Assess the feasibility of proposed projects based on financial data and market conditions
• Conduct quality control inspections and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the construction phase
• Resolve or coordinate the solution of issues that arise during the project lifecycle
• Track project progress diligently, compiling comprehensive reports to inform stakeholders
• Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Support the timely completion of the various projects
• Other tasks as assigned

What you will need:

• Proven experience of at least 5 years
• BS/MA in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar field
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Κnowledge of business and management principles (i.e., budgeting)
• Excellent Software skills on AutoCad 2D/3D
