Job Title: Senior Specialist, Regional Marketing (Paid Digital Marketing) (m/w/d) - Fixed Term Job Description Senior Specialist, Regional Marketing (Paid Digital Marketing) Implement, manage and optimize all paid digital advertising included Google, Meta, Linked In and Tik Tok to drive pipeline for Talent Acquisition across multiple countries in Europe ( MLH + Norbal) As a subject matter expert in the field of paid digital marketing for recruitment marketing campaigns, you will be responsible for taking our paid campaign performance to the next level, through the successful development and execution of campaigns strategies that in return bring positive ROI. You will have proven experience in:

• Delivering paid digital marketing campaigns to support recruitment pipeline across multiple countries in Europe via Meta, Linked In, Google and Tik Tok
• Optimising campaigns to deliver the best return on investment, through advanced knowledge and experience working with the different products and campaigns tactics within the platforms
• Managing campaign budgets and making budget recommendations to achieve best results.
• Providing robust reports on campaign performance
• Working with Graphic designers in creating content to support campaign success.

As the Senior Specialist you will:

• Work independently, to monitor and suggest improvements for creative approaches to improve conversion rates, ROI, and PPC/keyword utilisation
• Take our reporting to the next level, by analysing data and recommending solutions to specific problems and better utilising analytics tools (eg:GA4, Looker studio).
• Confidently make presentations and recommendations to the wider stakeholder audience (when necessary), demonstrating your unique understanding of this area and opportunities for future improvement.
• Ensure implementation of your recommendations is carried out and monitor for improvements, making adjustments where necessary.
• Be passionate in digital marketing and will have a thirst for keeping up to date with industry knowledge, changing trends, and advising the wider business stakeholders of learnings.

This role will suit a senior digital marketing professional, fully versed in the language of CPC, CPL, conversion, optimisation, Reach, A/B Testing, who has a passion for diving into the detail of what works in the field of digital advertising through platforms such as Google Ad words, Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, Linked in and Tik Tok at an advanced level, as well as the confidence to try something new.  In return we offer …

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred in related field with 3 - 5 years of experience in the field of paid digital marketing for recruitment activities
• Speak a 2nd Language (German preferred)
• Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure, ability to take initiative
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
