Serialization Engineer

Lavipharm is seeking Serialization Engineer who will be responsible to coordinate all serialization actions of Lavipharm’s Plant, in order to be in compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manages the implementation of the serialization project

• Responsible for the proper operation of the relevant equipment, in close collaboration with the technical department.

• Validates all equipment and system connected with serialization project

• Uploads the product master data into the system database (Site Server)

• Supervises all system changes applications

• Troubleshoots all issues regarding serialization during the packaging of every product batch

• Uploads the product master data and integrated batch product data to the European Medicines Verification Organization (EMVO)
• Collaborates with Marketing Authorization Holders (MAH) in order to accomplish a successful and secure transaction of product packaging data
• Supervises and ensures the proper operation of the data system (Site Server) of the plant and provides the necessary information and reports to the relative departments internal and external
• Handles EMVO Alert Messages
• Troubleshoots of the system in close collaboration with the IT department
• Collaborates with our Regulatory department and updates the system when necessary to ensure compliance with the updated revisions of European regulation
• Provides training and guidance to packaging and technical personnel for proper use of the serialization equipment and composes the relevant procedures
• Actively contributes to the effective troubleshooting of problems and other issues and makes proposals for the optimization of process in the plant

Requirements

• University Degree (BSc) with a positive orientation
• At least 2 years’ experience in a relevant position
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent Knowledge of the English language
• Experience with ERP systems will consider as a plus
• Experience with SYSTECH serialization system will consider as a plus
• Necessary skills: problem solving, communication, planning and organization, decision making, active listening
